We are building a Shariah advisory board that is truly independent. No bank ownership. No product commissions. No conflicts of interest. Our scholars answer only to Allah and the truth of Shariah. From our base in Hong Kong, we serve clients across Asia and worldwide.
Shariah Board - Currently Being Formed
We are carefully selecting qualified scholars to join our Shariah advisory board. Each candidate is evaluated on their knowledge, experience, and commitment to independent Islamic finance guidance. Until our board is fully formed, all services are guided by established Shariah principles and AAOIFI standards.

Join Our Shariah Advisory Board
We are looking for qualified Shariah scholars to join as founding members of our advisory board. Help shape the future of Islamic finance in Hong Kong and across the Asian financial corridor.
Qualifications
- Hafiz of the Quran (preferred)
- Degree from a recognized Islamic university
- Specialization in Fiqh and Islamic jurisprudence
- AAOIFI certification (preferred)
- Ijazah in Hadith and Islamic sciences
Experience
- Minimum 3 years issuing fatwas on financial matters
- Experience with Islamic banking and capital markets
- Deep knowledge of Takaful, Sukuk, and equity screening
- Understanding of modern corporate structures
- Previous Shariah board experience (preferred)
Languages
- Arabic fluency (required)
- English fluency (required)
- Urdu, Cantonese, or Mandarin (a strong plus)
Personal Qualities
- Absolute integrity and commitment to Shariah purity
- Independent mindset — no conflicting bank affiliations
- Available for flexible, project-based engagements
- A genuine passion for serving the global Muslim community
