Baashir Advisory Group Limited is a registered company in Hong Kong operating under the nature of "Other Professional Services." We provide Shariah compliance auditing, strategic market research, and Islamic finance consulting. We operate under strict regulatory exemptions.
Securities and Futures Commission (SFC): We are NOT licensed by the SFC. We do not carry out any regulated activities, including dealing in securities, advising on corporate finance, or asset management. We do not provide financial advice on the merits of any transaction, nor do we solicit investments or handle client funds.
Insurance Authority (IA): We are NOT an authorized insurer or licensed insurance intermediary. Any Takaful advisory provided is strictly B2B structural consulting.
Estate Agents Authority (EAA): Under the Estate Agents (Exemption from Licensing) Order, we are NOT licensed to deal with any property situated in Hong Kong. All real estate referral, matchmaking, and advisory services are strictly limited to properties located outside of Hong Kong.
3. Booking, Invoicing, and Payment
When you book a service or sign a retainer, you agree to provide accurate and complete corporate or personal information. Payment terms will be clearly communicated on your invoice. Services will not commence, and hard bookings (such as scholars or venues) will not be finalized until the required fees are settled in full within the specified timeframe.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, compliance frameworks, fatwas, articles, and code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Baashir Advisory Group Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without explicit written permission.
