How the mandate runs

Readiness assessment

Kickoff with issuer data room access, activity mapping, and educational financial-ratio analysis. Output: gap list prioritised for listing timeline — advisory, not a regulatory clearance.

Documentation pack

Written opinions and draft disclosure language. Your solicitors decide what enters the prospectus; we confirm Shariah accuracy of the sections we review.

Investor screening memo

Short-form memo for Shariah-conscious institutions covering methodology, key findings, and purification notes where relevant.

Sponsor coordination

Scheduled calls with your licensed sponsor and counsel so the Shariah stream stays aligned to filing milestones — we do not replace their regulated functions.

FAQ

HKEX listing support FAQ

Are you an HKEX sponsor or SFC-licensed adviser?
No. We provide independent Shariah advisory only. You must retain an SFC-licensed sponsor and legal counsel for the listing. We are not SFC-licensed.
Is Shariah screening required by HKEX?
No. It is not an HKEX listing rule. It is relevant when you intend to engage Shariah-conscious institutional investors who apply their own screens.
Do you advise on listing structure or pricing?
No. Commercial, legal, and regulatory listing decisions remain with your licensed advisers. Our scope is Shariah readiness documentation.
Can you support secondary listings from the GCC or Malaysia?
Yes — we help translate home-market Shariah expectations into investor-facing materials for an HKEX context, AAOIFI-aligned where applicable.
