Religious sequence (advisory)

We outline the typical order: confirmation of death, ghusl by appropriate persons, kafan, salat al-janazah, and burial facing the Qiblah. Cultural extras that are not required are noted separately so families can keep the rite simple and sound.

Hong Kong checklist themes

Death certificate / medical paperwork, Food and Environmental Hygiene Department or relevant burial permissions, Muslim cemetery plot availability, transport of the deceased, and timing constraints. Exact forms change; we help you organise questions for the right offices and providers.

Provider coordination notes

We prepare talking points and a contact order (hospital desk → wash/ghusl team → masjid → burial grounds → transport). We do not operate these services ourselves; we help you brief and follow up with those who do.

Frequently asked

Do you perform the ghusl or burial yourselves?
No. We provide guidance and help you coordinate with appropriate local providers and masjid contacts. Hands-on rites and cemetery operations are performed by others.
Can you help on short notice?
Yes — contact us as soon as you can. We prioritise urgent life-event enquiries and will share a first checklist quickly while arrangements are underway.
Is pre-planning available?
Yes. An advance planning memo reduces pressure on your family later. It remains guidance only; cemetery policies and fees may change over time.
What does “from 800 HKD” include?
Advisory session(s), a written logistics checklist, janazah/ghusl notes, and provider coordination pointers. It does not include third-party service fees.
