What you get back

Annotated PDF or Word comments plus a summary advisory memo — severity-rated findings (critical / moderate / editorial).

  • Suggested compliant wording alternatives (advisory — your counsel approves final text)
  • Cross-reference to your existing Shariah approval, if any
  • Optional management call to walk through findings
Do you rewrite our contracts?
We comment and suggest. Legal drafting and execution remain with your institution and its Hong Kong / overseas counsel. We are not a law firm.
Can you review documents in Arabic?
We review English and Arabic materials where provided. Complex Arabic legal nuance may require coordination with your external scholars.
Does a clean review mean SFC approval?
No. Our review addresses Shariah structure and language only. Regulatory authorisation is a separate matter for your compliance team.
