Halal car finance, when partners are ready

We collect priority interest for Shariah-compliant vehicle financing structures such as Murabaha and Ijara. Baashir is an advisory firm — not a bank, lender, or dealership.

How it works (educational)

Murabaha & Ijara for vehicles

These are common Shariah contract families used for cars. Exact terms would come from a licensed institution — we explain concepts only.

Murabaha

A cost-plus sale: the financier buys the vehicle and sells it to you at a disclosed markup, paid in instalments. Ownership transfers under the sale contract — it is not a loan with interest.

Ijara

A lease-to-own path: you use the vehicle under a lease with clear rental terms; ownership may transfer at the end if the structure includes a purchase undertaking. Different risk and documentation profile than Murabaha.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Baashir offering car loans?
No. We do not lend money or finance vehicles. This waitlist measures demand so licensed partners can consider launching Shariah-compliant products.
What is the difference between Murabaha and Ijara?
Murabaha is a cost-plus sale of the car; Ijara is a lease structure (often with a path to ownership). Both avoid conventional interest — the right structure depends on the partner’s product.
Will registering guarantee approval?
No. Registration only expresses interest. Credit assessment and eligibility would be decided solely by any future licensed provider.
